Female bodybuilding is the female component of competitive bodybuilding. It began in the late 1970s when women began to take part in bodybuilding competitions.
Irene was born in Denmark in 1966, she moved to Sweden at the age of 2 with her parents. Raised in Malmo but moved to Gothenburg when she was 20. Irene spent years in gym, worked hard to build this, for the funs of bodybuilding, wonderful body. Beautiful or odd you have to admit that she deserve name “the strongest woman in Sweden” and maybe wider?
Irene about herself: “I have been training all my life… At early age I started with jazz ballet and judo and when I was 15 years old I started with bodybuilding. A friend of mine owned a gym and I was stuck! Since that day I have been following everything within female bodybuilding.”
She is also really into Kick- and Thai boxing so we suggest you to be friendly with Irene if you see her on the street – like a lady deserve…

From what the few bodybuilders that I know have told me, a woman has to be on steroids to look like that because it is not natural. Is that healthy? She is not beautiful, she looks like a man/freak (take your pick).

Her overly tanned, leathery dry skin, and its massively increased risk of bearing malignant melanoma, doesn’t really scream “healthy” to me. You’re also making the big mistake of confusing muscles with health; you don’t get healthier just because you lift junk at the gym, and you aren’t healthier than others just because you got more muscle, nor does your immune defense increase from it. Illness and disease have no connection what so ever to muscle mass.

It makes the muscle definition reflect better for the judges so that they can get a better idea of how the muscles are defined, and not only a pale white image of what might be fit, or might be a ghost.

Actually, it’s highly unlikely that she’s the strongest anything in sweden. She’s a body builder, not a plwerlifter. Looks good, but is worthless. The Strongest woman in Sweden, in all likelyhood, is Kristin Samuelsson, wife of Magnus Samuelsson. She’s won ‘Strongest Women’ contests in Sweden several times. And HE has won ‘Worlds Strongest Man’ contest.

Sure, training is healthy, consuming more steroids than water each day however, is not. In retrospect I believe even she would say she had rather taken a womans body and a males respect than a males body and herein any nearby males eyesight.

Well not that i like a woman who could crack my head like a walnut between her knees ,,,,, but I would tap that just to say I did. All body builders pump up right before a showing so when not pumped she maybe softer looking.
