Female bodybuilding is the female component of competitive bodybuilding. It began in the late 1970s when women began to take part in bodybuilding competitions.
Irene was born in Denmark in 1966, she moved to Sweden at the age of 2 with her parents. Raised in Malmo but moved to Gothenburg when she was 20. Irene spent years in gym, worked hard to build this, for the funs of bodybuilding, wonderful body. Beautiful or odd you have to admit that she deserve name “the strongest woman in Sweden” and maybe wider?
Irene about herself: “I have been training all my life… At early age I started with jazz ballet and judo and when I was 15 years old I started with bodybuilding. A friend of mine owned a gym and I was stuck! Since that day I have been following everything within female bodybuilding.”
She is also really into Kick- and Thai boxing so we suggest you to be friendly with Irene if you see her on the street – like a lady deserve…

This may require the years of hard training. But still it would be impossible without steroids and hormones, due to female hormone setup.

Wow! One of the most balanced bodybuilding physiques I’ve ever seen, and obviously the product of lots of dedication. When we look for beauty, expecting to find it and willing to see it, we become able to appreciate it, there’s a lot to enjoy. It’s all in how you choose to look. No amount of muscle makes a woman into a man, and no lack of muscle makes a man into a woman. This is just one of the infinite ways a human body can express itself, and I, a non-bodybuilder, am impressed by the achievement. Mycket imponerande, Irene. Lycka till!
