This is the celebration of the vegetarian festival in Phuket, Thailand. The local Chinese community believe that abstaining from meat and other stimulants, as well as self-punishment, drilling of body parts, can bring them peace of mind, health and welfare. The festival begins on the first evening of the ninth lunar month of Chinese calendar and lasts for nine days. How can sticking of diferent weird objects bring you peace? We don’t know the real answer and maybe these vegetarians doesn’t know too, but what we know is that these pictures are  not recommended for those with a weak stomach!

Why coffin should be a boring box, when you can order it in the form of a lobster, red pepper, poultry or shoe? Indigenous inhabitants of a small African nation of Ghana believe that a funeral is not a sad farewell to the deceased, and celebrating their leaving to a better world. Here we have a tradition of putting the corpse in the coffin with a special, bright, intricate shapes. You think this is bizarre? For people of Ghana-definitely NOT! But we could say that these “positive” shapes and forms in these gallery crossed the line..

After great article about Irene Andersen few months ago, we found out another interesting female bodybuilder – not so ”big”, like Irene, but definitely interesting to see. Except spending a lot of time in the gym, we can see that she loves makeup. Is there any use? It’s on you to decide. We couldn’t find out her name,but we are relying on that famous sentence: “picture speaks a thousand words…”

Taxidermy is the act of mounting or reproducing dead animals for display or for other sources of study. But is it OK to play with dead animals? To make a purse from your dead cat… Or to love your pet so much that you have to watch it, hanging on your wall or standing on your shelf,  like a trophy everyday? This looks very disturbing and weird, but we guess that’s up to you to decide..
